Colonoscopy Preps
- MiraLAX — our default prep, mixed with a sports drink, with bisacodyl tablets
- SUPREP — two 16-oz liquid doses mixed with water
- SUTAB — two doses of 12 tablets each
- SUFLAVE — two flavored liquid doses
- PLENVU — low-volume, two doses
- CLENPIQ — two ready-to-drink bottles
Upper Endoscopy
- EGD, EUS, and ERCP — fasting and medication instructions
Before you start any prep: arrange your ride, read the whole page through once, and buy what you need a few days ahead. Call us with questions before you begin rather than during the prep.
Two Things That Delay Procedures Most Often
- No driver. You must have a responsible adult drive you home and stay onsite. This is the most common reason a procedure gets rescheduled, and it is entirely avoidable.
- Incomplete prep. If the colon is not clear, polyps can be missed and the exam may need to be repeated. Finish the whole prep even if you think you are already clear.
